Pier and speed boat service :

- Resort Pier is “Jadet Pier” located at Ban Phe, main land
- Local contact number is +66 (0)38 652 490 (Open daily, 8.30 AM - 5.30PM)
- Compulsory speed boat transfer between Jadet Pier (Ban Phe,  mainland) from/to Paradee (Samet Island)
   as below optional;

Option 1) Private speed boat fee at THB 3,000.- net per boat per one way (Maximum 6 pax)
Option 2) Shuttle speed boat fee at THB 750.- net per person per way

• From Jadet Pier (Ban Phe, mainland) : 2 PM and 5 PM
• From Paradee (Samet Island) : 11 AM and 1 PM

Rates are net and inclusive of :

- Presently applicable service charge, VAT and government tax (es).
- Complimentary welcome drinks at Sunset Bar on arrival date during 5PM – 22PM.
- Complimentary welcome snack with a bottle of house wine
- Complimentary afternoon tea serves in the villa.
- Complimentary English Newspaper
- Admission Fee to Khao Laem Ya - Mu Koh Samet National Park

Child Policy when sharing room with parents

- Child under 12 years old, free of charge (no extra bed) maximum 1 child is allowed.
- Child under 4 years old, breakfast is free of charge
- Child 4 –12 years old, breakfast is a compulsory 50% of applicable full rate
- Child over 12 years old a 100% charge.

Check- in & Check- out Policy :
Check- in time is 14.00 hrs., and Check- out time is 12.00 hrs. Early check- in and late check- out can be arranged to suit guest's transfer schedules, but will depend on availability. It is therefore suggested that guests arriving very early morning should reserve and pay the room one night before, and guests requiring to leave very late afternoon or early evening should reserve the room for the extra night.
