Sai Kaew Beach Resort arrange free Yoga class for in-house guests and will be kicked off during 7-18 April 2017 ( schedule has been adjusted due to yoga instructor availability)

Location for the class will take place at Laluna beach (Deluxe zone of Saikaew beach resort)

7,10 Basic Hatha All basic alignment to make the practiser understand the fundamental of yoga and learning their body, mind and breath become one
8,14,18 Stretching Stretching is very important for flexibility, range of motion ad injury prevention . Incorporating stretching into your daily workouts is a given but including it in your day routine is just as important to health and body functioning as regular exercise. It relaxes your muscles and increases blood flow and nutrients to your cartilage and muscles.
12,16 Hip Opening The feeling when yor’re body is tight, especially when you’re sitting at your desk or computer, or even while watching T.V. This is essentially beacause your hips are less flexible. In fact, the more you sit, the more your hips become inflexible, due to shortening of the hip flexors at the front of the hip (these include psoas, rectus femoris and sartorisu), which causes tightening of the hip rotators (piriformis, obtruator internus and gamellus). You feel more locked up and even weighted down because your hips are so tense.
15 Back Opening We spend the majority of our day bending forward in one way or another-sitting, driving, texting picking things up. But our spines are meant to be mobile. By practicing backends, we improve flexibility and balance the mobility of the spine.
9,11,13 Vinyasa Has both physical and mental benefits. Physically, sweat releases toxins and re-energizes our bodies. Mentally, the synchronized breathing relaxes the chatter of the mind and helps to release any blockage of energy flow throughout our bodies.
17 Hatha Prannayama It’s one of the most common ways to breathe. This type of breathe is done by using the full capacity of the lunges in both, the inhalation, and exhalation, slowly, with no rush. Increases the flow of oxygen in the body, which promotes healing and relaxations state of being.
